StationForge ("we", "us") operates a SaaS platform for fire departments. This policy explains what data we collect and how we handle it.

Data We Collect:

• Name, email address, and department affiliation provided during account creation
• Department operational data (member records, documents, training records, maintenance records) entered by your department
• Application activity logs (actions you take in the application, for audit purposes)
• Technical logs (error reports sent to Sentry for debugging)

How Data Is Stored:

• Department data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted by Supabase on US-based servers
• Uploaded files are stored in Cloudflare R2 object storage on US-based infrastructure
• All data is encrypted at rest and in transit

How Data Is Used:

• Solely to operate the StationForge service for your department
• We do not sell or share your data with third parties for any commercial purpose
• Error monitoring data (Sentry) is used only to fix bugs

Data Retention:

• Department data is retained while your account is active
• Upon account closure, department data is deleted within 30 days upon written request
• Audit logs may be retained for up to 7 years as required for fire department compliance purposes

Third Parties with Access:

• Supabase (database hosting — US)
• Cloudflare (file storage — US)
• Resend (email delivery — processes email addresses only)
• Sentry (error monitoring — processes error stack traces only)
