Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of StationForge ("Service"), operated by Jason Mills.

1. Service Description

StationForge is a web-based application for volunteer and combination fire departments to manage member records, training, maintenance, inventory, and documents.

2. Pilot Period

During the private pilot period, the Service is provided at no charge. We reserve the right to introduce pricing with 60 days notice before any paid tier begins.

3. Department Data Ownership

Your department owns all data you enter into the Service. We do not claim any rights to your operational records, documents, or member data.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for legitimate fire department administration purposes. You may not use the Service to store or transmit illegal content, attempt unauthorized access to other departments' data, or interfere with the Service's operation.

5. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as-is" during the pilot period. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for operational decisions made based on Service data.

6. Data Loss Limitation

We maintain automated daily backups. Our liability for data loss is limited to restoring from the most recent available backup. We are not liable for losses beyond what can be restored from backup.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States.
